Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of you notifying us that you wish to cancel your order. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and in a resaleable condition.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened baby soothers, tethers, feeding products, underwear or other sealed hygiene items unless they are faulty.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return where applicable)

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.
